Why trust us
Sending $2,800 to a store you have never heard of is a reasonable thing to be nervous about.
So we are not going to ask you to take our word for anything. Below is a record you can verify in one click, a list of things we do that would be expensive to fake, and a plain statement of who carries the risk when something goes wrong.
If any of it does not check out, do not buy from us.
Verified seller record
Start here. Check us on a platform we do not control.
We have sold sealed product on eBay under the same account since 2023. eBay holds that record, not us — we cannot edit it, delete a comment, or inflate the number. Check it before you trust a word on this page.

The 10x Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Box order arrived in excellent condition. Mint condition items. No damages. I will definitely recommend this seller.
Item was well packaged and seller had great communication.
Packed and shipped fast, item was as described with no damage.
Clear and transparent communication about when it would be shipped. Postage price was good. Packed safely in a box. The product was real. I can recommend this seller.
How we prove it
Promises are free. These are not.
Anyone can write “trusted” on a homepage. The only claims worth anything are the ones that would cost us money to fake, so here are ours with the price tag attached.

01
Every order is photographed before it is packed
The sealed product with your order number in frame, then the carton before it is taped shut. Filed against your order number. Ask and we will send them to you.
What it costs usAbout thirty seconds on every single order, whether or not anyone ever asks to see them.
-
02
Signature on delivery above $300, and we will not waive it
Not on request, and not with an authority to leave. A four-figure case sitting unattended on a doorstep is a loss for someone, and usually for us.
What it costs us$2.95 a parcel, plus a less convenient delivery for you. We would rather absorb the friction than the loss.
-
03
Transit cover priced at what Australia Post charges us
Free for the first $100, then $2.50 for each additional $100, passed straight through to you at cost.
What it costs usNo margin on a line most stores quietly mark up.
-
04
We pay return postage when the fault is ours
A prepaid label, sent to you. You are never out of pocket to return something we got wrong.
What it costs usThe postage both ways, plus the item back on our shelf.

05
Our ABN is on the site and on every invoice
ABN 22 177 279 639. A registered Australian business you can look up on the public ABN register in about ten seconds.
What it costs usIt means you can find us, and so can a regulator. That is rather the point.
If it goes wrong
Who carries the risk, in plain words
Most stores bury this in a policy page written to protect them. Here is the short version, written so you can decide before you spend anything.
Your parcel never arrives
Goods stay at our risk until they are delivered to you. If tracking has not moved in five business days we open a carrier investigation. If it is lost we replace it or refund you in full — your choice. You do not chase Australia Post. We do.
It arrives damaged
Send photos within seven days. We compare them against our own packing photographs — which is exactly why we take them. Refund or replacement, your call, and transit damage is our problem to resolve rather than yours.
It is not what the listing said
Refund or replacement, your choice, and we pay return postage. That is a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, not a goodwill gesture we can withdraw.
You ordered the wrong thing
Tell us within twenty-four hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel and refund in full, no questions. We would rather you used this than felt stuck.
A preorder cannot be supplied in a reasonable time
Full refund. That is your right under the Australian Consumer Law and we will not make you argue for it. We also keep preorder windows short and only take them against allocation we have already confirmed.
You declined transit cover and the parcel goes missing
Still our problem. Transit cover is something we buy to protect ourselves against that loss. Declining it does not move the risk onto you and does not reduce your rights.
What we don't do
The parts we are not going to dress up
A store that only tells you what it is good at has told you nothing. These are the real limits of what we offer, so you can weigh them before you buy rather than after.
We do not take change-of-mind returns on sealed product
Once it has left us we cannot verify the chain of custody, and reselling it as sealed would misrepresent it to the next buyer. Order the wrong thing and tell us within twenty-four hours — that we will cancel.
We cannot tell you what is inside
We do not open, search, weigh or resell opened product. Nobody can promise you a pull rate on a sealed box, and anyone who does is either guessing or lying to you.
We do not list what we do not hold
If it is not in stock, the page says so. No drop-shipping, no ordering it in after you have paid, no phantom inventory to make the catalogue look bigger.
We are a small operation
One person packs every order. That is why the photographs are consistent and why questions get a real answer. It also means we are not dispatching at 2am on a public holiday.
Australia Post will not cover a parcel above $5,000
That is their ceiling, not our choice. Anything above it is arranged individually before you order rather than discovered afterwards.
Straight answers
The questions buyers actually ask
Why does your eBay account say flipspace868?
Because that is where the trading history lives. We have sold sealed product under that account for years, and King of Sealed is the storefront built on top of it. Same operator, same stock, same packing bench — we did not want to start a brand from zero and ask you to trust it.
How do I know the product is genuine?
Everything is sourced through authorised Australian distribution and arrives with factory shrink intact. We photograph the seals before packing and will send you those photographs on request — before you buy, if you ask.
What if I am not home to sign for it?
Australia Post will leave a card and hold it at your local outlet. We know signature is less convenient; it is also the only thing that reliably wins a dispute if a parcel is marked delivered and is not there.
Do you weigh or search boxes before selling them?
No. Weighing or searching a box and then selling it as sealed is misrepresentation, and it is the single most common way buyers get cheated in this category. Our boxes go out as they came in.
Why was my order held for review?
We hold orders that are high value, from a first-time customer, and going to an address that does not match the billing address. It is not an accusation — it is how we keep prices where they are instead of pricing fraud losses into every sale. You will hear from us within a few hours.
Can I buy something worth more than $5,000?
Yes, but contact us first so we can arrange freight and insurance properly. We will not quietly ship an uninsured parcel above the carrier ceiling and hope.
