<p>Confirmed allocation only. We take preorders against stock we have already committed to with a supplier, with short windows. If we cannot supply within a reasonable time you are entitled to a full refund.</p><p>For unreleased or unconfirmed product we use a no-payment expression of interest instead, so your money is never held against stock we are not certain of.</p>
